The festival of Baía das Gatas 2010, which should continue this Saturday night and Sunday morning, had to be suspended because of bad weather that hit the island of S. Vincente. The organization and coaching staff promise to compensate the "festival-goers" a "compact" from 12 pm today, if the conditions are again met.

In 26 years of editing this is the first time the Baía das Gatas suffer this type of problem. The rain that fell in S. Vincente on the afternoon of Saturday, extending in a spaced up at night, eventually interfering with the planned program. The water that has accumulated around the stage and the puddles that have appeared in large "precincts" that beach in St. Vincent advised against the continuation of the festival. The decision was announced at around 21 hours.
