TACV will start its direct link between S. Vicente and Lisbon, from 30 April to 29 October of this year. The purpose, says the delegate of TACV in San Vicente, Graciete Gomes, is to meet the traffic in the north.
The flight, according Graciete Gomes, will always happen on Fridays. The departure from S. Vicente will be at 7:30. According to the delegate of TACV, with this link S. Vicente-Lisbon, the national airline wants to "give way for passengers to Lisbon, which is significant in the north of the country."

This link is the first program schedule from the airport, who joins as the various charter flights scheduled. The first charter flight took place on 6 February and brought in over one hundred immigrants from the United States that will participate in the festivities of Carnival in the islands of Sao Vicente and Sao Nicolau.
