Cape Verde meets all the conditions to compete for the second single from the bottom of Millenniun Challenge Corporation. The positive note is higher than the other countries in its category in the international review process, to test the eligibility of countries to fund the MCC could open the door to the second single.

The first decision on this application form for Cape Verde to the second MCC Compact Fund will be known on December 9, at the next meeting of the Board of Millenniun Challenge Corporation, to be held in Washington.
