CARNE GUIZADO - Stew meat

1.5-2 kg. meat pork or beef cut into cubes

4 -5 white potatoes

1.5 kg. cassava root

3 medium yams

3 green bananas

Remove the excess of fat, seasoned with salt, garlic, vinegar, bay leaves, and pepper and let marinate the meat all night. Peel and finely chopped potatoes, batate, cassava, bananas and green. In a pot, cook on low heat the meat with the marinade and 3 onions in 1 / 2 cup of cooking oil until half cooked. Add to meat all the vegetables and cover with water. Cook over a low heat until completely cooked vegetables. Season with salt, garlic, bay leaves, paprika and pepper.
