CALDO DE PEIXE - Fish Soup

  • 6 white potatoes
  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 medium onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 4 scallions
  • 1.5 kg of whole fish of the sea fresh and clean


In a large pot, you jump in oil and golden onions, tomatoes, shallots and green peppers and red. Then, add fish cut into small pieces and water. Cover and bring to a slight boil. Add the potatoes peeled and chopped parsley. Lower the flame and simmer. You can add a little 'flour to give greater consistency to the broth.
